These are Citizens for Regional Transit's public comments on the Route 33 cap project along Humboldt Parkway in Buffalo.
This is the Citizens for Regional Transit response/comments to the New York State Department of Transportation concerning the "cap" over the depressed section of the Kensington Expressway (NY33) through Humboldt Park and its context with the Scajaquada Expressway (NY198) downgrade.

At our October 2022 Public Meeting, our treasurer Jim Gordon presented a proposal to restore the famed Olmstead-designed Humboldt Parkway, which is currently marred by the NY33 expressway. This is a video version of this presentation.
