Belt Line

This line follows the existing CSX (formerly New York Central / Conrail) Belt Line north from the Central Terminal complex, northwest and then west to the Buffalo State area. It then follows a disused rail spur to the northern boundary of Buffalo State College. Much of the line is on an elevated embankment alongside existing active freight railway. The section between Kensington and Starin Avenues runs through a cutting.
